Activities listed here have a more formative feature and include the presence of a consultant who will follow up the action and do a more concrete debriefing, based on the performance of the participants in the action.
Whenever possible a meeting will be held with the client prior to the action to identify the main focus points. Within this framework of experiential training we include activities that introduce and develop skills, competencies and attitudes that are necessary for effective teamwork, better performance in problem solving and leadership. They are stimulating and engaging activities, which allows them to be implemented in a wide range of situations and to respond to surprisingly senior level requirements.
